  Upstate Classics is a professional string quartet (two violins, viola and cello) from the Binghamton and Cortland area. We all play in the Binghamton Philharmonic and the Tri-Cities Opera Orchestra. We have played weddings and other occasions for 15-20 years or so. We have a wealth of experience and a wide variety of classics, light classics, operatic selections and some jazz. Our usual personnel are Marijane Wojtowitz, Lois Pfister, Joyce Capani-Cody and Meredith Gollmer, although other Symphony members play with us on occasion.
